Logan Muir

Owner/Head Trainer

Logan Muir is a qualified strength and conditioning coach with over 20 years of training experience. Originally from New Zealand he moved to Japan in 1996 on a professional rugby contract and has been playing and coaching here since.

Logan’s training philosophy is no matter what your level of fitness, to look and perform like an athlete you must train like one. He has competed at a national level in rugby, athletics, karate and rowing.

Logan has years of personal experience as an athlete that he is able to pass on to his clients.

Satoki Nara


Satoki has a 10 year history of playing competitive rugby. He spent his university years in Okinawa, where he graduated with a major in Physical Education. On top of rugby, he also has experience in gymnastics, athletics, swimming, kendo, handball and full marathon.

Satoki first encountered CrossFit in 2014, and it became a turning point in his life. He was drawn in by its clear difference to his previous strength training.

To Satoki, each day is more healthy and fun than the last. He is committed to being his best as a fit and strong individual, even under unknown competitive conditions, and strives to be a coach who can share his own interest in CrossFit with others.
