BASICS COURSE

After your Intro class and you decide that you want to continue your next step is to enrol in the Basics Course.

This course will introduce you to the CrossFit methodology and is designed to be easy to follow and non-intimidating. The focus is on learning the correct form and technique for the foundational movements used in CrossFit.

The Basics Course consists of 8 classes and all members new to CrossFit must complete the course before they can join regular group classes. Fill out the form below to get started!
